System Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on System Administrator to join our IT team. This is a practical role focused on on-site support, basic IT setup, and participation in infrastructure-related tasks. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to business locations if required. 

 Requirements:
• Experience in designing wired 50+ and roaming wireless WiFi networks;
• Implementation of solutions, configuration and maintenance of Ubiquiti and Mikrotik network equipment;
• Insight Model of OSI, protocols and services TCP/IP, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT, VPN, SIP;
• Experience with access control systems, Hikvision video systems, Ajax alarms;
• Redundancy of network equipment, critical communication channels, config backup and recovery;
• Work with suppliers for the purchase of office equipment, inventory;
• Assembly, modular repair and upgrade of computer equipment;
• Knowledge of OS Windows, MacOS at the administrator level;
• Experience in installing OS and restoring work after critical failures;
• Installation and configuration of office software;
• Backup and recovery, data encryption;
• Experience in a similar position in an IT company from 2 year;
• Communication language Russian and English.
• Administration Jira/Confluence.

 Will be plus:
• Experience working with Atlassian products at the administrator level: creating projects, workflows, boards.

Responsibilities:
• Providing several objects with security systems – access control systems, Hikvision video systems, Ajax alarms;
• Setup and support of office corporate network;
• Maintenance of office computers and office equipment;
• Procurement and inventory of equipment, work with service providers, stock management;
• Providing technical support to the company’s employees, including remote ones;
• Manage MDM, credentials, group policies, access rights;
• Create instructions and policies for the team and users.
