SMM Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly creative and driven individual to join our team as an SMM Specialist.
Responsibilities:

• Content creation for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, Stories, Feed);
• Filming and editing engaging short-form videos;
• Daily story coverage, maintaining an active and dynamic online presence;
• Development of content plans aligned with brand goals;
• Generating creative ideas for campaigns, challenges, promotions, and special activations;
• Managing targeted advertising campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok);
• Monitoring performance metrics, testing hypotheses, and optimizing results;
• Community management: responding to comments and messages, engaging with the audience.

Requirements:

• Work permit in Cyprus;
• Proven experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required);
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience psychology;
• Experience in setting up and managing targeted ads;
• Ability to plan, structure, and analyze content performance;
• Creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills;
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.

Will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in FMCG, HoReCa, or food-related industries;
• Familiarity with viral content formats;
• Passion for food culture and street food concepts.
