Responsibilities:
- Transaction structuring;
- Legal risk management within existing businesses;
- Opening and managing bank accounts (jointly with the finance department);
- Contract management: preparation and negotiation of company contracts, legal risk analysis, and participation in negotiations with counterparties;
- Liaising with local licensing and permit authorities;
- Liaising with the legal department and external law firms;
- Liaising with the company owner.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Lawyer in Cyprus;
- Experience in asset management and corporate law in Cyprus;
- Knowledge of the development sector;
- Knowledge of Cyprus labor law;
- Fluent English and Russian.
