As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective presence of products in retail stores in Cyprus. Your role involves organizing product displays, monitoring quality, availability, and proper labeling, as well as collecting orders and communicating with store staff. You will track sales performance, analyze the local market, oversee the placement of promotional materials and POS setups, and provide reports on your work. Your activity directly impacts sales, product visibility on the shelves, and the quality of customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience as a merchandiser or in retail is desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to work in a multitasking environment.
• Smartphone Android or iOS for reporting.
• Valid driver’s license category B and own car mandatory.
• Readiness for frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

• Planning routes for store visits.
• Ensuring product displays in supermarkets.
• Monitoring the presence and accuracy of price tags.
• Checking product expiration dates.
• Monitoring stock levels on shelves and in storage areas.
• Placing promotional and POS materials.
• Maintaining photo documentation and reporting.
• Interacting with store employees.
• Collecting orders and entering them into the 1C system.
• Tracking competitor activity.
