Responsibilities:
- Manage interior fit-out of a luxury retail store;
- Lead design and construction teams;
- Coordinate contractors;
- Maintain project timelines, budget, and cash flow;
- Ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in luxury residential or retail fit-out;
- Knowledge of smart systems, A/V, and security;
- MS Project proficiency;
- Ability to perform under pressure.
