Responsibilities:
- Manage construction of office towers and villas;
- Lead design and construction teams;
- Coordinate contractor work;
- Develop and update project schedules, budgets, and cash flow;
- Ensure stakeholder coordination.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in office and residential development;
- Knowledge of zoning, local codes;
- Proficiency in MS Project;
- PMP/Agile certification and Greek are a plus.
