Responsibilities:
- Manage fit-out of Class A office spaces;
- Lead design and construction teams;
- Coordinate contractors;
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and cash flow;
- Ensure stakeholder alignment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in premium office construction;
- Knowledge of construction and quality standards;
- MS Project skills;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
