Responsibilities:
- Manage construction of a luxury private residence;
- Lead international and local teams;
- Coordinate contractors, resolve technical issues;
- Develop/update schedules, budgets, and cash flow;
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in luxury residential construction;
- Knowledge of design, construction, and quality control;
- Experience with smart home, security, A/V systems;
- MS Project proficiency;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
