PuninWine is a leading alcohol distributor in Cyprus and the most popular wine boutique in Limassol, operating since 2012. We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing activities across our Wine & Spirits portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute brand strategies, drive sales growth through B2B, offline, and online channels, strengthen the company’s market position, and build effective engagement with customers and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy, including activity planning and budget management
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, advertising campaigns, and other digital channels
- Develop and strengthen the brand through positioning, visual identity, and marketing materials
- Organize wine tastings, client events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives
- Drive B2B marketing by launching joint campaigns and partnership projects with suppliers and business partners
- Coordinate external vendors and oversee the production of marketing and promotional materials
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, and prepare regular reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Experience working with FMCG brands; experience in the Wine & Spirits category will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across B2B and retail channels
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SMM, PPC, and Email Marketing
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing performance measurement tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
