Take the lead in shaping innovative marketing strategies for wine and spirits across B2B, offline, and online channels. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, this role offers the opportunity to drive brand growth, strengthen customer engagement, and make a significant impact in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing marketing strategy:
- Formulating an integrated marketing strategy for wine and spirits brands tailored to B2B, offline and online channels.
- Define and develop key success indicators (KPIs) for each sales channel (B2B, offline, online) including sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Brand Management:
- Brand promotion in the wine and spirits segment.
- Coordination of all marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the brand’s position in the market, including advertising campaigns, participation in exhibitions, tastings and other events.
- Marketing campaigns and promotional activities:
- Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at attracting customers and increasing sales for both B2B segment and retail outlets (offline and online).
- Liaising with agencies, contractors and partners to organise advertising and PR activities.
Market and audience analysis:
- Conducting analyses of the competitive landscape, trends in the wine and spirits industry, and consumer preferences.
- Developing customer portraits for different marketing channels (B2B, offline, online) and adapting marketing strategies to meet the needs of each audience.
- Managing digital channels and online shop:
- Developing and optimising promotion strategies in digital channels (social media, SEO, contextual advertising, email marketing) to increase online sales.
- Monitor and improve online shop performance including UX/UI, promotion and customer retention.
Liaising with partners and distributors:
- Managing relationships with key partners and distributors, developing joint marketing campaigns and loyalty programmes.
- Organising and conducting trainings, webinars and other events to educate partners and distributors about the company’s products.
Analytics and reporting:
- Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotion channels, sales and ROI.
- Preparing regular reports for company management with recommendations for improving marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, economics or related fields.
- Experience in a similar position from 3 years (experience of product promotion in the alcoholic beverages segment (wine, spirits) will be a plus).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SMM, contextual advertising, email marketing and online shop management.
- Experience working with brands, building marketing strategies and promotions in the B2B market, as well as offline and online retail.
- Strong analytical skills, experience with marketing tools and CRM systems.
- High communication skills, teamwork and project management skills.
