Marketer HORECA
We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing specialist who will take full ownership of the marketing direction for our restaurant division. You will be responsible for promoting our venues through offline channels, expanding our presence on food delivery platforms, and building guest loyalty. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring bold ideas to life and directly impact the growth of the restaurant business in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for restaurant projects.
• Design and launch loyalty programs, promotions, and special offers.
• Promote restaurant brands in offline environments and on food delivery platforms.
2. Promotion on Delivery Platforms (Wolt, Bolt Food, etc.):
• Manage restaurant presence on delivery platforms: descriptions, visuals, banners, special offers.
• Coordinate and launch promotional campaigns within these platforms.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, monitor revenue and average order value growth through delivery.
3. Offline Marketing and Events:
• Organize marketing-related offsite events.
• Work with POS materials and brand visual identity in interiors and exteriors.
• Conduct marketing activations on location, including collaborations with partners.
4. Collaboration with Social Media Managers (SMM):
• Oversee restaurant accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): content, stories, contests.
• Grow and engage the follower base, promote events and menu updates.
• Communicate with the audience and handle feedback.
5. Interaction with the Operations Team and Partners:
• Coordinate marketing activities with restaurant managers.
• Support and train staff on promotions and guest communication.
• Manage communications with contractors (design, printing, merchandise).
• Launch new items and seasonal menus in collaboration with managers and chefs.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for each venue.
Main metrics include:
• Distribution of checks by day and hour
• Average check value
• Frequency of returning guests
• ROI of marketing campaigns (in-venue and via delivery)
• Number of orders and revenue from Bolt/Wolt
• Promotion effectiveness (before/after, growth)
• Social media audience growth and engagement
Requirements:
• Higher education in Marketing, PR, Business, or Communications.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the restaurant or related industries.
• Familiarity with food delivery platforms (Wolt, Bolt, etc.).
• Experience organizing events and local promotions.
• Strong understanding of SMM and ability to create a visually compelling brand.
• Analytical mindset, proactiveness, and good taste.
