PUNIN GROUP owns a number of real estate properties in Limassol: multifunctional office centers and retail stores, the ZANTE VENUE concert venue, wine and spirits boutiques PUNIN WINE, THE SHAWARMA and TOY Confectionery.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of HR Director

Responsibilities:

• Build a high performing HR Operations team by driving change initiatives while coaching, mentoring, and empowering new and existing regional HR professionals to foster a culture of excellence;
• Deliver exceptional experiences throughout the full employee life cycle across the company;
• Collaborative with recruitment team and business leaders to create and implement exceptional talent management strategies;
• Implement HR operational policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy and objectives;
• Provide guidance and support to leadership regarding country-specific HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance;
• Coach and consult with management on issues improving morale, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management;
• 4+ years’ of professional HRD experience, ideally from a services oriented business;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
• Proven track record as an experienced HR professional, showcasing a deep passion for People & Organization topics; deep knowledge in organizational design, transformation, facilitation, learning, talent management and employee relations;
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations in Cyprus is a big advantage;
• English and Russian is a must.
