Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and control of:
- Departmental regulations (goals and objectives of the department, development strategy, job descriptions of employees, reports and analysis), promotion tools (prices, offers, pricing policy, incentive programs);
- Provides continuous improvement in the efficiency of the department. Organizes and controls personnel training and introduction of innovative methods of promotion and sales of products;
- Debt control of the whole client base;
- Personnel control using ERP and CPM systems;
- Constant expansion of clients in corporate and HORECA sectors (meeting, negotiating, creating offers, complete sales);
- Provides efficient sales for the company, as well as keeping the clients to be returning;
- Participation in the recruitment of staff;-completing various instructions from the head.
