Group Chief Financial Officer

PUNIN GROUP is a fast-growing group of companies operating in several business areas throughout Cyprus. We are currently looking for an experienced leader in our team who can manage sustainable fortunes across the holding. The CFO of the holding company will have the usual impact on the company’s operations, allow us to analyze, implement new strategies and lead the company to new heights.

 Responsibilities:

◦ Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
◦ Support change in financial planning and analysis 
◦ Create and maintain management economics (PnL, CF, BS)
◦ Monitor cash flow, manage cash, working capital and company audit
◦ Identify the impact on financial performance and provide support recommendations
◦ Provide accurate financial models and forecasts for each project and consolidate reports
◦ Prepare financial reports and statements 
◦ Ensure legal compliance across all functions
 ◦ Launching new projects with stable financial management, automation, creating new financial models, reports, processes

Requirements:

◦ 7 to 10 years of experience in the financial industry. 
◦ CPA or MBA, but not required (in investment management)
◦ Advanced English
◦ Expert-level analytical and financial analysis skills
◦ Outstanding leadership skills with unwavering determination and personal integrity
◦ Ability to drive corporate change and influence people

Will be a plus:

◦ High speed with Excel formulas and phenomena
◦ Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
◦ Working in a consultancy/audit company, experience of working with family office companies.
