Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Consolidation of financial statements for the Group’s legal entities in Cyprus;
• Preparation of consolidated financial, management, and analytical reports upon management request;
• Collaboration with accountants and treasurers, and coordination of financial processes;
• Cash Flow management and Treasury operations;
• Conducting financial analysis, building financial models, and forecasting;
• Preparation of scenario-based forecasts for expenses and key financial indicators;
• Supporting, analyzing, and monitoring the company’s investment portfolios;
• Processing and analyzing large volumes of financial data;
• Optimization and automation of financial reporting and internal processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a Family Office;
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, financial analysis, and preparation of consolidated financial statements;
• Experience in automating financial processes and reporting;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience working with Tableau, 1C, and CRM systems;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
