We are looking for a Farmer with a proven experience in Cyprus to join our Farm.
Responsibilities:
- Caring for animals (chickens, ducks, sheep, donkey);
- Coordinating agricultural activities: planting, maintenance, and harvesting;
- Organizing minor repairs and technical maintenance of the premises;
- Supporting and improving automation of production processes;
- Monitoring cleanliness, order, and the proper functioning of all systems on the farm.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Cyprus in agriculture or farm management (both livestock and crop production);
- Basic zoological and livestock knowledge — understanding animal care and welfare;
- Basic agronomic knowledge — crop planning, cultivation, and harvesting;
- Technical literacy — understanding how farm equipment works and ability to perform small repairs;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, systematic approach to managing farm operations;
- Responsibility, independence, and initiative;
- Knowledge of farm automation systems (sensors, irrigation, lighting, etc.) will be an advantage.
