Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Construction Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning stages through to project completion and operational status.
• Develop and maintain detailed project work schedules, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing materials, conducting tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to secure budget approvals and manage project finances effectively.
• Monitor project quality, ensuring alignment with approved design standards and specifications.
• Prepare and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders, outlining project status, risks, and any issues that require attention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management roles such as Foreman, Master, or Supervisor, ideally within construction companies or crews. Experience in Cyprus is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in Russian and English (Greek will be considered as an advantage)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
