Responsibilities:
- Operational management of a property portfolio;
- Conducting property condition audits and asset inventory;
- Analyzing the cost-effectiveness of repair and maintenance work;
- Tenant acquisition: weekly listing of properties on online platforms and cooperation with real estate agencies;
- Interaction with tenants: organizing property viewings, negotiations, and resolving disputes;
- Monitoring the payment schedule and ensuring timely rent payments;
- Notifying tenants in advance about lease renewals and rent increases;
- Coordinating with the legal and finance departments on contract and payment matters;
- Managing contractors: cleaning services and technical maintenance;
- Providing financial reports to the property owner;
- Regular analysis of the Cyprus commercial real estate market.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate management;
- Understanding of the financial model of leasing;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Basic knowledge of building operations and maintenance;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
