Chief Operating Officer Development

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5–7 direct reports;
• Oversee and support ongoing construction and development projects;
• Improve existing processes, develop and implement operational policies and regulations;
• Design and enforce quality standards;
• Liaise with local contractors, suppliers, and government authorities;
• Participate in strategic planning and the development of new properties;
• Contribute to budgeting processes and ensure compliance with approved budgets;
• Prepare regular reports for investors and executive leadership.

Requirements:  

•  Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously;
• Deep understanding of construction processes and real estate development;
• Experience working in Cyprus is a strong advantage (including an established network of contractors and knowledge of the local market);
• Experience in process optimization and development of operational policies;
• Strong leadership and communication skills (soft skills);
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multitasking environment;
• English – upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher; Russian – advanced (C1+) or native.
