PUNIN GROUP is a fast-growing group of companies operating across multiple business areas throughout Cyprus. We are currently seeking an experienced and strong leader to join our team and manage the group’s legal operations across all entities.Responsibilities:
- Managing the legal structure of the Cypriot holding.
- Structuring transactions within and outside the EU.
- Overseeing legal risks across existing business units.
- Collaborating with the finance department on opening and managing bank accounts.
- Obtaining necessary licenses and permits according to business needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Head of Legal / CLO in Cyprus.
- Proven experience managing assets outside Cyprus (EU / CIS).
- Knowledge of Development, HoReCa, and the alcohol industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Greek.
