We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef (Street Food), specialising in street food, including shawarma. The ideal candidate has a background in street food, a strong understanding of fast-paced preparation, presentation, and packaging, as well as the ability to lead a team and create dishes that stand out from competitors.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a head chef or sous chef in street food or fast-food settings.
 • Ability to prepare high-quality street-food from scratch, with knowledge of preparation techniques.
 • Experience with street kitchen equipment (grill, rotisserie, cooking surfaces).
 • Understanding of high-load kitchen organization and optimization principles.
 • Leadership skills, ability to manage and train team members.
 • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
 • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare street food and other dishes according to our quality of our company.
 • Develop new recipes and unique flavors to attract customers.
 • Oversee ingredient quality, ensuring freshness and compliance with sanitary standards.
 • Lead the kitchen team, train cooks, and monitor their work.
 • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
 • Optimize cooking processes to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
 • Assist in procurement planning, inventory control, and minimizing waste.
 • Track ingredient usage and maintain production standards.
 • Conducting monthly stock checks and inventory of products.
