We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven professional for the position of B2B Sales Manager in the wine and spirits category. If you have a strong understanding of the alcohol market, know how to build solid partnerships, and can effectively drive sales in the B2B segment, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.
Responsibilities:• Active search and acquisition of new B2B clients in the wine and spirits category• Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients: distributors, retail chains, HoReCa, specialized stores and other partners• Conducting negotiations with potential and existing clients, agreeing on commercial terms and заключение contracts• Presentation of the company’s product portfolio, consulting clients on products, new launches and commercial offers• Development of sales within the existing client base and expansion of product presence• Monitoring sales targets, analyzing performance and identifying growth opportunities• Supporting clients at all stages of cooperation, resolving ongoing issues and ensuring a high level of service• Interaction with marketing, logistics and procurement departments for effective order execution and sales development• Maintaining reports on sales, client activity and key performance indicators• Monitoring the market, competitive environment and consumer trends in the alcoholic beverages category
Requirements:• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in wine, spirits, FMCG or related industries• Understanding of the alcoholic beverages market and B2B sales channels• Experience working with clients in HoReCa, retail, distribution or local chains will be an advantage• Strong negotiation, presentation and deal-closing skills• Ability to build long-term partnerships with clients• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and developing client portfolio• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools• Strong communication and organizational skills• English proficiency sufficient for business communication• Valid work permit in Cyprus
