An aesthetic cosmetology center with the largest equipment park in Cyprus. We specialize in advanced technologies in device-based treatments and aesthetic procedures. We work daily. Our team includes certified doctors, licensed specialists, and client-oriented staff with a high standard of service.
We are looking for a front desk administrator who will be responsible for welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, keeping the schedule in order, and controlling the front zone.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting clients, registration, and ensuring a high-quality first impression
• Booking via phone, messengers, and Instagram; CRM management
• Working with the cash register and terminal, closing shifts, generating Z-reports
• Handling documentation: questionnaires, consents, registration forms
• Coordinating specialists’ schedules, making prompt adjustments
• Controlling cleanliness and order at the reception and in the waiting area
• Communicating with clients via messengers and Instagram (using approved templates)
• Posting Stories: available slots, reminders, basic social media activity

Requirements:
• Experience as an administrator in a spa clinic, salon, or premium segment — at least 1 year
• Knowledge of CRM systems, cash handling procedures, and client service
• Literate speech, friendly but professional communication style
• Conversational Russian and English — required, Greek — an advantage
• Accuracy, organization, ability to handle multitasking
• Ability to work with large volumes of information — quickly, accurately, and calmly under pressure
• Medical or related education — an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
