Lead Recruiter

Location: Limassol, Cyprus Division: Head Office Department: HR Employment Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a new team member for our HR department to fill the role of Lead Recruiter and hope this person will greatly support the whole organization. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

DEVELOPING STRATEGY AND MANAGING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

  • Identifying the company’s staffing needs
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates
  • Organizing and coordinating all stages of recruitment
  • Developing and optimizing selection processes, including job descriptions, conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

WORKING WITH TEAMS AND MANAGEMENT

  • Interacting with department heads to determine staffing needs
  • Advising managers on hiring and candidate selection issues

SOURCING, ATTRACTING, EVALUATING AND SELECTING CANDIDATES

  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social networks, professional communities)
  • Developing and conducting talent attraction events (job fairs, webinars, career events)
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications
  • Using various assessment methods, including testing, behavioural interviews, etc

MANAGING THE RECRUITMENT TEAM 

  • Leading and mentoring the recruitment team 
  • Training and developing the skills of the recruitment team

ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

  • Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of recruitment processes
  • Preparing reports on key metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of candidates and etc.)

EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Working on improving the company’s image as an attractive employer
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote the employer brand

CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future needs
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and maintaining the confidentiality of candidates


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Advanced English and Russian (knowledge of Greek is a plus)
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies

  • Extensive experience in all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (People Force)
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., job boards, social networks, professional communities)
  • Familiarity with assessment methods, including testing and behavioural interview
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics
  • Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a recruitment team
  • Ability to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates
  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements related to recruitment and employment
